Norton Museum Benefit

Hope Alswang, the recently appointed Director of the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, Florida, was honored and introduced at a Meet + Greet event hosted in Southampton by Ruth and Ted Baum + Annie and Michael Falk.

Charlie Stainback, Curator of Photography and Cheryl Brutvan, Curator of Contemporary Art, spoke about their exciting upcoming exhibitions and announced the Museum’s decision to designate gallery space specifically for their year-round use. Special guests in attendance included Terrie Sultan, Director of the Parrish Museum and her husband, Christopher French as well as Sir Thomas R. Moore and Sarah Langham.

The Norton Museum of Art, in West Palm Beach, Florida was founded in 1941 and is recognized internationally for its travelling exhibitions and collections of over 7,000 works. Highlights include European Impressionists and modern masters, American art from 1900 to the present, and an extensive collection of photography.
